Tomasz Gzell and Jan Pawlicki were arrested on 20 November evening during a protest of a group of demonstrators occupying the seat of the National Electoral Commission (PKW) in Warsaw. Protesters demand the immediate resignation of all members of the PKW. The National Electoral Bureau is the PKW executive body formed to ensure proper administration, financial and technical conditions of elections and referenda in Poland. The full results of the 16 November vote to provincial assemblies are still unknown as the computer failure has been still delaying the vote count in some places.
