Global Journalist

Program Preview: Wikileaks and national security

Wikileaks is causing much concern to U.S. authorities, who in turn have initiated a criminal investigation for the organization's release of top-secret information. The most recent leak involves thousands of U.S. diplomatic cables with unflattering portrayals of world leaders as well as disclosures on Iran's nuclear program. In this week's Global Journalist show, journalists will help us understand the role of Wikileaks and analyze what these issues portend for the freedom of the press and national security.
